HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To make a purchase on mondoprato.com just go to the top menu and choose the category you are interested in, select the product or products you wish to purchase and click.

A page will open where you can see the product image, details, description, and price.

Click the "Add to Cart" button and then you can decide whether to continue shopping or go to your cart and confirm your order. If you proceed to your cart, enter your contact information and shipping address.

Choose the shipping method and the payment method and finally click on confirm .

You will immediately receive an order confirmation email to your email address.

WHICH PAYMENT METHOD CAN I USE?

Mondoprato accepts payments:

  • With the PAYPAL module that allows you to use all the most common credit and prepaid cards on the market, it is the safest method that also allows immediate refunds.

Please remember that the order will be processed only after receiving payment.

  • CREDIT CARD : allows the use of all the most common credit and prepaid cards on the market and has the possibility of making immediate refunds.
  • CASH ON DELIVERY: allows you to pay for your order upon delivery. Payment is only possible in cash up to a maximum of €300.00 . This service has a fixed charge of €5.00.

I WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?

The customer has the right to return the product (after notifying Mondoprato) no later than 14 days after the product arrives. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer, with some exceptions, such as:

  • The purchased item does not correspond to the description in the listing
  • The purchased item is not in the material and instrumental condition required for its use.

Mondoprato will refund all payments promptly and in any case within 14 days from the day on which it was informed of the intention to return the product.
Our company may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have sent the product back.

HOW LONG DOES MY PACKAGE TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Package delivery times vary depending on the merchandise. Once payment is received, mondoprato will begin shipping as quickly as possible.

Packages weighing up to 150.00 kg are shipped via express courier TNT (Fedex) , BRT or GLS and delivered to the customer within 24-48 hours depending on the location.

Larger shipments requiring a pallet are shipped to the customer within 48–96 hours depending on the location with a hydraulic tail lift.

Orders placed and paid for by 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the same day.
