You can set a timer: pressing the transformer button for 2 seconds will turn on the indicator light to indicate the timer is set correctly. After 8 hours, these Christmas lights will automatically turn off and remain off for 16 hours. After this time, they will automatically turn back on at the same time as the timer was set.

To deactivate the timer, simply hold down the button for two seconds or unplug the light.
