Zeolite is a completely natural substance that improves soil characteristics and facilitates plant growth .

It is mined in Italy and sterilized in an oven at 200°C. The characteristics of Chabasite zeolite are as follows.

CHARACTERISTICS

• High cation exchange capacity: Thanks to its structure, it can retain nutrients and release them when needed by the plant, thus preventing nutrient loss. This is especially true for nitrogen, which is highly mobile in the soil and, if not absorbed by the underground system, is lost through leaching. Thanks to zeolite, this does not happen.
• It retains water: Thanks to its structure it is able to absorb water and release it gradually, thus allowing for a reduction in irrigation , avoiding water stagnation and root rot .
• It promotes root development.
• Natural insect repellent : Chabazite has a sharp structure that bothers insects that are harmful to plants and is in fact a natural repellent.

FIELDS AND APPLICATIONS:

• It can be used on any plant and on lawns in open fields or pots .
• To amend the soil before sowing or transplanting .

GRANULOMETRY AND DOSAGES:

Microgranular powder: 0.7-2mm

- To amend the soil: 0.5-0.7 kg/m2 to be buried at a depth of 15-20cm.

- In open field to improve plants: 40-50 Kg/Ha

- Potted: 15% by volume in each pot, mixing thoroughly. For 20-25 cm diameter pots, consider 300-500 g per plant.
